Scéim Samhraidh Bhoirche Íochtar - Lower Mourne Summer Scheme is back for 2026
Location: Naíscoil & Gaelscoil na mBeann, 127a Newcastle Road, Kilkeel
Dates: 6th - 10th July 2026
Due to demand: We have now introduced a registration system for the Summer Scheme to cater for the limited spaces we have available for each age group. This will work on a first come first served basis to ensure it is fair for everyone wishing to attend. - Children do not have to attend an Irish school to attend the Summer Scheme - OPEN TO EVERYONE!
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £10 per child is due to secure each child’s space. This is due to people registering for the scheme and not turning up, resulting in others missing out on a place at the summer scheme. Choose the class your child / children are in to add to your basket before checking out. Please accept your deposit payment as confirmation of a place on the scheme. Remaining payment will be due in cash in full on the first day of the Summer Scheme.
Please note: When selecting your child’s class you should choose the class they are currently in. Due to limited spaces we can only cater for children who are starting P1+ this coming September (2026). Please do not register your child if they will be in Nursery after the summer!
Registration: Following your deposit being paid an email will be sent shortly after with the link to fill in a full registration form for your child / children
